  30 Days Journey

  Now that you have gotten to this point, answers all the questions and read everything. It’s time for you to keep a 30 log in your journal. Document the tips that you decided to used and why? Then write how you used them and at the end of the day how you felt. Start the log with a positive though or positive quote. In the next chapter you will find some really good quote that I really like, but can used your own. Make your own quote, put your brain into work and have fun. I will show you how my log looks like: I used check marks as I do some things that I want to do.

  Good Morning handsome, good morning to you too, Beast.

  Things to accomplish today.

  Call Mom, sister, brothers____ Take Max to the park____Cook at least 1 meal____ Read 5 pages of current book_____ 10 minutes of meditation_____ Cold shower_____ Listen to music____

  Today, I got a ticket in the mail, apparently I ran a red light…. How that happened, I have no idea… so now I’m going to be 100 dollars short in one of the next 2 pays checks, holly crap. That means no going out this month. But I can take that time to paint a new portrait or come up with a good idea for my next book. I can also take my nephew home for the weekend. We can play superheroes and go to the park, bring his bike and Max.

  It’s been 9 months from the accident that almost killed me, but thank goodness I’m alive. My memory is not fully restored and for the looks, what’s gone is gone for good. Like my sleep. But I have gain a new prospective. I left my job last week and today, I’m happier. Like Bruce Lee said. I am finally expressing myself honestly. I am becoming like water, shapeless yet forming. I can become the glass or the jar, I can crash and I can create. Bring life or start a new life.

  One of the funniest things happen today, I met someone I already knew, but because of my memory lost I can’t remember her, so it was like meeting for the first time for a second time. The she seems nice, and surprised when I told her what had happened to me. Once the sun started to go down me and Max when to the park, I ran 2.5 miles in 30 minutes it wasn’t easy but I did it. Yay, for me. Today was a good day. Tomorrow will be better. I am looking forward to lose 25 pounds but before October 1st I want to be at least 15 pounds closer to the 25.

  That’s was an example of one entries in my dairy, I talk to myself. Sometimes I even write poems, and short stories for future books ideas and plots or to play with my niece, or nephews.

  Now it’s your turn. Remember tomorrow is not guarantee to for anyone, make it count and remember that it’s a new chance at a due over. Don’t let stress kill you. Let’s not pretend that life isn’t hard. It is! We have to work, go to school, take care of the family, pay bills, and do 2 trillion things a day, but always forget to take time for ourselves. Let’s start changing that. Here and Now. If you are a person of faith, pray with faith, ask with faith and allow yourself to see the changes.

  Last though… I like all kinds of music and genres, but I rather music that cheers me up, that stimulates my brain. Maroon 5, Jack Johnson, Dave Matthews Band, Michael Jackson, Stevie Wonder, Matchbox 20, Foo Fighters, Nas, Tim McGraw, Eminem and many more, my Spanish selection is usually Juan Luis Guerra, Ricardo Montaner, Ricardo Arjona, Jose Jose and many more. Hope you get the idea. Don’t even limit yourself to the type and genre of music you listen to. Be open to new things and new experiences, grow, learn, have fun, be happy, be you at your best even on your worse day.
